Maciej Pienczyn e2ceba4310 feat(privacy): Dodanie preferencji kanałów kontaktu
Użytkownicy mogą teraz wskazać preferowane kanały komunikacji:
- Email, telefon, wiadomości w portalu (toggle)
- Dodatkowa notatka (np. najlepsze godziny kontaktu)

Migracja: 031_add_contact_preferences.sql
