Maciej Pienczyn b19dfa7227 feat(insights): Baza wiedzy i insights dla rozwoju portalu 
System zbierania feedbacku z interakcji użytkowników:
1. Źródła wiedzy:
   - Forum (tematy, odpowiedzi)
   - Chat AI (tylko odpowiedzi asystenta - fakty publiczne)
   - Analiza wzorców pytań (zanonimizowana)

2. Kategorie insights:
   - feature_request (propozycje funkcji)
   - bug_report (zgłoszenia błędów)
   - company_search (wyszukiwania firm)
   - question (częste pytania)

3. Panel admina: /admin/insights
   - Przeglądanie insights
   - Zmiana statusów (new → planned → implemented)
   - Synchronizacja z forum/chat

PRIVACY: Pytania użytkowników są analizowane wzorcowo (anonimizacja),
treść pytań NIE trafia do bazy wiedzy.
